1. Cleanse the face and remove all eye makeup, oils and skincare residue. 2. Ensure the eyelids, lashes and eyebrows are completely dry. 3. Apply a thin line of serum along the upper lash line, similar to applying liquid eyeliner. 4. Apply a small amount to sparse areas of the eyebrows where needed. 5. Allow the serum to dry fully before applying makeup. 6. Use consistently once or twice daily. A small amount is sufficient.
