How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 1–3 days in Gauteng, 2–5 days to major cities, 3–7 days to regional areas, and up to 10 days to remote areas.
How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat rate of R150 for delivery anywhere in South Africa, and delivery is free on all orders over R1,500.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours, and incorrect items are replaced at SMRK Beauty’s cost. See our Returns Policy for details.
