How it works
- Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can put it right quickly.
- If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at SMRK Beauty’s cost.
Starting a return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the next steps. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.
